The biggest problem I have with this piece is that the Queen's head looks way, way too small. Maybe her head is partiall concealed by her head, but even so, it looks like she could hold her own head in one hand, like a grape-fruit. Whenever you make a drawing, draw THOUGH. Start with the body, and check your proportions. Then add the clothes and hair.

Additionally, her fingers, especially on her right hand, look kind of flat. Even when drawing in the anime style, it's nice o add a little shadow and highlight in order to establish shape. I can see where you did this on the crossed leg, looks good.

The costume is very ornate and pretty, the expression's good, and the pose is interesting, but the tininess of the head detracts greatly from the piece.
